Right now, I must go work out... (the whole "new year, new goal" thing) :-) Above is what I am doing, and I am LOVING it!! Yesterday was my first day and I can barely move my legs! I haven't had that good of a workout in a long time. I have muscles that are sore that I forgot I even had! LOL Today is Cardio. I know won't be able to do it perfectly, what with my inability to not step like a penguin, but better to do what I can rather than nothing at all.

I love The Firm workouts! I think I have about 20 different ones! I do them at least 2x's a week. You'll get great results!
